Bend Police confirmed that the shooter was 20 year old Ethan Blair Miller

Ethan Miller had previously worked at the Safeway, as per neighbour said

The two victims in the attack are Glenn Edward Bennett and Donald Ray Surrett who attacked Miller

Debora Jean Surrett's ex-wife of the Safeway employee killed in the attack, Surrett served in the Army for 20 years as a combat engineer
